Wayward Strand

Wayward Strand is a touching and empathetic story game made up of a variety of distinct threads. They all take place simultaneously on an airborne hospital from the 1970s in Australia.
In Wayward Strand you play as Casey Beaumaris, a teenage girl who is visiting at the medical facility for the first time. For three days, you will examine the story of the ship, its experiences of its residents, and how they relate to one another.
Once aboard, she can go to the homes of the ship’s quirky and delightful residents, choosing who she wants to spend the time with, and learn about them. It is also possible to shadow the staff and snoop around and explore the vessel as a whole, looking to find the dark secrets that lie within its historical past.
Residents of the hospital include unpredictably diverse Some are charming, others odd, others rude, every one of them with their own goals as well as goals and fantasies. They are free to do what they like in complete independence of the character of the patient.
The 3-day time period Casey has on board the ship lets her examine the lives of others, who Casey will then study. The characters move and act on their own terms and on their own timetable – sharing news with each the other, sharing opinions, or arguing; joking; gossiping – or having a chat with Casey when she comes to visit.
